1. An application for admission must be made on the prescribed form. It has to be duly filled by the parents who will be responsible to the Head of School for the pupil’s conduct, punctuality, regular attendance, progress in school and payment of fees.
2. The form with prospectus will be available at the school office in the second week of October and the last week of February . Form can also be downloaded from the school website and submitted with prescribed fee.
3. Admission test notification will be displayed on the school notice board and school web site by first week of November and second week of March.
4. A pupil must be three years (as on November 1st of the School year) before he/she is admitted in the school.
5. A pupil may be given a written test in all subjects at the time of admission. The decision of the school authorities regarding the entrance test is final.
6. A pupil who joins the school in the Kindergarten/ Class I must produce an official birth certificate and/or a copy of the passport, in evidence of the date of birth entered in the admission form.
7. Pupils coming from CBSE/state board affiliated/ state run schools must produce a Transfer Certificate from the school last attended (for class II and above). In case of transfer from other than Schools, transfer certificate should be countersigned from the authority controlling the schools.
8. A verified copy of the report card for the class last attended must be submitted at the time of admission.
9. Admission will be subject to the availability of seat.
10. Parents should inform the school in writing at least one month in advance, of their intention to withdraw the pupil from school, or a month’s fees will be charged in lieu of notice.
11. A transfer certificate, or any other certificate, will be issued only if all school dues have been paid.
12. A transfer certificate will be issued after one week or within one month from the date of application.
